We, LongZheng Polishers Manufacture Co., Ltd., locate in Liaoning province of China and we are the leading company in China for the industry and commercial polishing machine, granding machine and finishing machine now. We have reached nearly 50% market share in China in 2008. Our polishers are widely used in the fields of aviation, shipping, automobile, bearing, coin manufacturing, gold and silver jewelry.



We are trying to achieve the target to be the world level brand and world famous quality equipment in our industry by continuously effort. As well as we continuously contribute much money and manpower to R&D activities to improve our equipment quality and technology. Our quality equipments (polishing machine, granding machine and finishing machine) have been recognized and used by some world famous industry leading company including Timken (USA and India), Renold (UK) Danfoss (Denmark) BOSCH and FAG (Germany) all these valuable clients of us have built trust to our quality equipment by continuously processing and verification in their production. They have verified and confirmed the performance of our equipments by comparison lab test between our equipments and other famous world level polishing equipment such as Germany Rosler, the final quality of the polished same components by our polishing machine reaches the same quality level as theirs, furthermore, some character is higher than theirs. The main components of our equipments are using world famous company's products such as the pump is from Grundfos; the electric motor, reducer and transducer are from Schneider, the PLC and other main electric components are from SIEMENS, all these specification provides high quality assurance and improve the performance to our equipments.



Our main manufacture facility covers a floor area of 30,000sq.m and building area of 10,000sq.m. We are a large-scale enterprise specializing in research, development, design and manufacture. Furthermore, our company is a specialized polisher manufacturer in China and a hi-tech enterprise in Dalian City, founded by Mr. Liu Chengji, a member of Abrasion & Malfunction Analyzing and Preventing Special Commission of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, and vice president of Dalian Municipal Mechanical Transmission Association, through many years great efforts.



To improve our equipments quality and performance, we set up own test lab with full test equipments so that we are capable to conduct serial test to keep our equipment advanced.
